The Mercino tags came off easily—they appeared to be attached only with what looked like double-sided tape. The wrapping paper ended up sticking to the tape instead. The leather straps also looked like they hadn't been handled with care, as they were already noticeably wrinkled upon arrival. Overall, the experience makes me rethink patronizing local brands, especially when attention to detail and presentation fall short of expectations.

We're sorry that the Mercino branding label came off. It is designed to stay securely attached, but it appears that the crepe wrapping paper adhered to the label during transit, causing it to detach when the package was opened. We apologize for this. In the meantime, you may try to gently reattach the label to the sandal.
As for the leather straps, Mercino uses soft, unstructured genuine leather, so slight wrinkles and natural variations are completely normal. This is one of the characteristics of genuine leather and allows the sandals to comfortably mold to your feet over time.

The fit is jus right for my wife. She said its very light and comfortable for walking.
This is actually my 4th item from the brand. I have purchased 3 items 2-3 years ago so I already know the quality of products from Mercino. This recent purchase was for my Mom since she'd been asking me to buy a durable comfy slip ons, specifically Mercino. Looking forward to buy another for myself soon.
Size of the sandals is just right, but cannot wear it due to its rough texture of its ankle straps. I hope you can do quality control and check how it feels when worn. Cannot be bothered to return it anymore. Sana bumili nalang ako sa mall para ma check ko kung comfy. Charge it to experience nalang 😞

Our sandals are handcrafted using genuine leather, which can feel firmer when brand new and typically requires a break-in period of around 3–5 wears. As the leather softens and molds to your feet, most customers find them much more comfortable.

Bakit ngayon ko lang ito binili?! I’m eyeing this since last year at nagthink twice pa ko. But when the product came, ang ganda ng quality. The soles are soft and the leather is genuine. Ganda ng fit!

I love these slip ons form Mercino! This is my second pair of slip ons because a dog bit the strap off my first one, but I have been using that for 5 years and its lasted me even through beach trips and its so durable even if it gets soaked on sea water! I bought this one as a replacement, and so far so good! I love it because quality is A++ and its not so expensive. A much better buy than expensive imported brands.
I’ve been wanting to get this pair and I finally was able to get one. At first, I thought that securing the straps gave a quite tight fit but I think its okay! It’s sooo comfy and perfect to wear especially during summer!
Received a different color than what I ordered. Straps seem to be a bit thin. Looks good on my feet though.

It’s now my favorite beach slippers. It follows the curves of my sole. I can walk on it the whole day!
These sandals are undeniably pretty and really caught my eye for their overall aesthetic. However, they didn’t feel fully finished or polished when I first wore them. They squeaked while walking, and the soles were a bit stiff and uncomfortable at the start. I honestly considered returning them, but I loved the look too much to let them go. In the end, I kept them purely for the style and I’m hoping the squeaking fades with more use. They’re not perfect in comfort, but they definitely deliver in terms of appearance.
I think I have 8 Ella sandals. I believe I've collected almost every color. They're perfect for walking long distances. I believe I've been a customer since 2021.
Shoe feels so comfy and soft, problem is, the top strap attachment seems odd that make it tight at the top if my feet.
I wish you'd mention too that the size runs small so we can size up.
Having size 41 would be great, im usually 39 but your size 40 feels so snug.

We’d just like to clarify that genuine leather naturally stretches and softens with use, especially around areas like the top strap, so it will gradually feel more comfortable after just a few wears. Upon checking as well, all the pairs in your order were placed in size 9 (EU 39) and not size 40.
