I think I have 8 Ella sandals. I believe I've collected almost every color. They're perfect for walking long distances. I believe I've been a customer since 2021.
Shoe feels so comfy and soft, problem is, the top strap attachment seems odd that make it tight at the top if my feet.
I wish you'd mention too that the size runs small so we can size up.
Having size 41 would be great, im usually 39 but your size 40 feels so snug.

We’d just like to clarify that genuine leather naturally stretches and softens with use, especially around areas like the top strap, so it will gradually feel more comfortable after just a few wears. Upon checking as well, all the pairs in your order were placed in size 9 (EU 39) and not size 40.

Some designs can feel different depending on foot shape, and genuine leather can also start off a bit firm but usually softens and adjusts with just 3-5 wears.

The sandals look nice but it really hurts my feet when i walk. Took them out for an errand but it’s uncomfortable even for short distances.

Got size 8 but my feet is a bit wide so it is too tight .. might feet a slim feet… next time i will order a size 9. I will just look for someone to gift it to, because process of return or exchange is not simple ( it discouraged me to return or exchange)
I love the sandals! Materials used are good quality and it is genuine leather. The only thing wrong with it is the length of the strap. It's too short for the size i got. I'm a size 10, therefore I have big feet. I had to make a hole at the end of the strap just so i can close it.

The straps at the back keeps on falling, perhaps because the material lacks structure. The sole feels comfy and sturdy.

I ordered these pair just in time for my Taipei trip. Not only does it give me comfort in >10k steps /day, but it's rainy currently and i had no trouble since this pair is waterproof! The leather dries up quickly and the rubber soles are nonslip. Perfect cutesy, comfortable and convenient travel sandals.
